Here are a couple of nature-inspired recipes that embrace the same simple, pure, good-for-you ingredients you'll find in our products.

- ⅓ cup elderflower cordial
- ¾ cup grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 ½ cup sparkling water
Directions: Mix elderflower, grapefruit, and lime in a pitcher. Add in sparkling water. Serve over ice and garnish with grapefruit slices. Yum!
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 6 oz greek yogurt
- ½ cup apricot
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup oats
- 1-2 teaspoons agave or honey
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
Directions: Peel and dice apricot. Add all ingredients to blender, mix well. Enjoy!
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 green tea bags
- ½ cup frozen apricot
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- 1 cup yogurt
Directions: Boil water and steep green tea bag, allow to cool completely. Add all ingredients to blender, mix well. Time to enjoy!
