Nothing brings people together like food and drinks. Put on your party hat with these flavorful fall beverages.
It’s always fun to get creative in the kitchen, but it’s even better when your concoctions put you in the holiday spirit. We’re sharing a couple of cocktails (and mocktails) that we think would be the perfect addition to your upcoming friends and family gatherings.
The Sticky Icky
Ingredients:
2 oz Wheat Penny Full Proof Bourbon
3 oz ginger beer
2 oz apple juice
Red fiji apple diced
1 tsp honey
Salted caramel
Directions:
Start by garnishing your rim with a salted caramel drizzle (measure with your heart). Pour the honey and apples into the bottom of your glass and smash them together. Add ice and all remaining liquids to the cup and stir (don’t shake!). Enjoy a delicious fall-flavored beverage that is sure to get you in the spirit.
Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz pumpkin cream
For Pumpkin Cream:
⅓ cup half and half
2 pumps pumpkin spice syrup
Directions:
Create the pumpkin cream using half and half, and pumpkin spice syrup. Combine using a frother. Add ice to your fancy cocktail cup. Pour in vodka, Kahlua, and pumpkin cream. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients:
2 shots espresso (or ⅓ cup strong brewed coffee)
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1.5 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
Add espresso, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture over ice and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and BOOM. Get excited for a PSL you don’t have to get out of your PJs for.
Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 slice pumpkin pie
1 ½ cup vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream
Directions:
Grab all ingredients and throw them into a blender. Blend for 15-30 seconds until completely smooth. Add more milk to reach your preferred consistency. Pour into a milkshake glass and top with whipped cream and extra pie crumbs. Enjoy every last sip.
